Each week, groups of selected children from The Riverview Academy will have the exciting opportunity to spend time at Curly’s Farm, a unique and enriching experience made possible through our partnership with The Golden Thread Alliance.
Curly’s Farm provides hands-on learning in a working farm environment, where children can take part in everything from mucking out animal pens, feeding animals, and learning about animal care & welfare. Beyond the physical work, time at the farm supports teamwork, resilience, and confidence-building in a setting that’s both nurturing and empowering. It’s a wonderful way for children to connect with nature, grow in independence, and contribute meaningfully to farm life. We’re proud to offer this opportunity as part of our wider commitment to real-world learning and wellbeing.
