Boxall Profile Online Assessments form the foundation of any nurture provision at The Riverview Academy. It helps to identify the social, emotional and behavioural development needs of our children. We track individual and school-wide progress to guide decisions on resources and interventions, including targets classroom practice.
Some of our nurture provision may include: structured playtimes with adult support, nurture groups, targeted support such as during social times (for example quite space inside or outside), self regulation (relaxation exercises), emotional literacy, problem-solving games.
We create a structured, safe, relationship-based environment where social and emotional gaps can be addressed alongside academic progress.
