Some children may at some point in their education require support with acquiring or maintaining certain skills. This daily, brief, targeted intervention provides frequent assessment and teaching of:
– arithmetic operations in maths, learning colours and shapes,
– reading to improve fluency,
– enhance spelling skills.
It can also help children memorise key facts and vocabulary in subjects like science.
Our aim is to provide all of our children with early identification and interventions across the whole curriculum and this is just one of the ways that we do this.
