The Riverview Way

At The Riverview Academy, we believe in creating a calm, purposeful environment where every child feels safe, respected, and inspired to thrive. This approach is about how we treat one another, how we learn from our mistakes, and how we build a community where everyone is supported to do and be their best. From the classroom to the playground, The Riverview Way guides how we speak, how we respond, and how we grow – together. 

Our staff use this shared language and consistent framework to support children to flourish socially, emotionally, and academically. You’ll see this in the way we recognise positive behaviour, how we handle challenges with care, and how we work in partnership with families to support each child.
